Great stay with awesome views!

We crashed here for 4 nights, and it was a blast! The room was super comfy with enough space for 2 carry-ons. Awesome modern bathroom and great water pressure. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to Shinjuku Station and some tasty eats nearby. Only bummer was the nightclub noise at night.

The view from our Deluxe King room captivated us every morning. The laundry facilities were easy to use and made our stay much more convenient.

I loved the 180-degree views from my room on the 30th floor, and the kids enjoyed the pool every evening. The spa area was a nice escape while I sipped coffee from the Starbucks downstairs. Just a heads up that the elevators should label that one restaurant as members only, as many of us were confused about access. 😊

This was a prime choice for a walk in the evening in Tokyo with great value. The shower setup gave me some unique privacy challenges, but it was manageable. If you're sharing the room, make sure you’re comfortable with each other.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The location felt very congested and the room was far too small for comfort. Additionally, the lack of a window made the atmosphere feel claustrophobic, which was not what I expected from a hotel.

Hotel Groove Shinjuku has a modern and clean décor, making it easy to navigate. The lobby and public areas are well-designed, providing comfort for seniors. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally helpful, which enhanced my overall experience during my stay.

Elevator access can be a bit confusing.

Groove Shinjuku was a culinary dream! The nearby Kyochabana and Kizuna Sushi delivered flavors that blew my mind. We also dug the extensive buffet breakfast—it was a fantastic start to our days! Added bonus, the staff was super friendly and had our back throughout our stay.

Upon entering, the lift situation can be a head-scratcher. You go halfway up before changing elevators, which might trip up the rushing crowd. Plus, the reception can look a bit messy with all the bags waiting around!

Amazing views from the 34th floor. The location is bustling, perfect for exploring. Breakfast options were pricey and limited for the cost.
